Richard Harris has had positions as a K-12 teacher, principal and superintendent internationally and in the United States. In addition to those positions, Richard has held university undergraduate and graduate teaching and administrative positions mostly in the areas of school and corporate leadership. He is currently serving as an adjunct graduate school professor at two California universities. In recent years, Richard has been a consultant in international settings with the focus of equipping leaders with skills necessary to function effectively in their specific cultures.
