Meet Wayne
Wayne Padover is currently serving as a Professor of Educational Leadership at National University in La Jolla, California. Prior to that time, he served as a district superintendent of schools for twenty years at school districts in California. He has served as a consultant to the California Department of Education and co-authored and co-edited two textbooks as related to educational leadership. He has strong expertise in utilizing the Appreciative Coaching Model to help create effective organizational cultures. He is a proponent of developing local educational foundations within school communities to support educational opportunities for all students. Although he holds multiple graduate degrees and professional certifications, his students most often want to hear him talk about his certification as a “clown”.

A Personal Note from Wayne:
I am very pleased and proud to be associated with an entrepreneurial opportunity such as that offered by RiA to work with educational leaders from throughout America as well as internationally. Having traveled to more than twenty-five countries, I know there are many "gifts of learning" we can provide for one another if we seize the opportunity to do so. With an opportunity to learn from one another, as always happens in the teaching-learning process, I am excited and ready for the journey!
